Education
I graduated in June of 2016 from New Milford High School with an unweighted GPA of 3.7. I am a Nursing Major at WCSU and am part of the Kathwari Honors Program there. I also received a merit scholarship from the school. Due to my SAT test scores and acceptance into the honors program, I was directly admitted into the nursing program as a freshman, instead of having to apply and be accepted as a sophomore.
Experience
I have been tutoring for about three years. I have worked with children of all abilities and levels, even those with learning disabilities. I have taken AP classes in Biology, Calculus AB and French. I love tutoring and working with students. It gives me a different perspective on the information I am teaching and helps me learn how to work with others. Also, I absolutely love children and intend to be a pediatrician. This summer, I am actually a nanny/tutor for a young boy.
